Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that notarization can sometimes be confusing, so we’ve put together answers to the questions we receive most often. Whether you’re curious about what documents we can notarize, how our mobile services work, or what to expect during your appointment, this FAQ section is designed to give you clear, helpful guidance.
What type of documents can be notarized?
As a Georgia notary, we can notarize a wide range of documents including affidavits, power of attorney, real estate documents, loan packages, wills, medical directives, and business agreements.
Do I need to bring identification to have a document notarized?
Yes. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. This is required to confirm your identity before notarization.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes. We provide mobile notary services and can travel to your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location to complete your notarization.
Do both parties need to be present for notarization?
Yes. Each person whose signature is being notarized must appear in person before the notary with valid identification.
Can you provide legal advice or prepare documents for me?
No. As notaries, we are not attorney's and cannot provide legal advice or draft documents. My role is to verify your identity and witness the signing of documents.
